• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Monitor chat queues and prioritize conversations to effectively manage incoming requests.

Requirements:
• Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers through chat.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting, adapting to changes and new challenges as they arise.
• Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools to effectively communicate with customers.
