Description

As a live chat remote data entry specialist at American Express, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring that all interactions are efficiently and accurately logged. This role requires a keen eye for detail, an ability to work independently, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Your primary task will be to enter data from various sources into our database. This includes accurately inputting customer information, transaction details, and other relevant data. You will also be tasked with identifying and correcting any discrepancies in the data. As a remote worker, you must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and have excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable using various software applications and have a basic understanding of data management. Prior experience in data entry or customer service is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

4. Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.

Educational Qualifications
