Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
? Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems
? Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
? Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders
? Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
? Work collaboratively with team members to improve response times and service
? Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures

Requirements
? Proven experience in customer service or related fields
? Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
? Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
? Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
? Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
? Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

PAY RATE: $19.21 - $31.42 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
