We are currently seeking to expand our team by hiring a Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, it will be your responsibility to use our live chat technology to provide exceptional customer support. Answering queries from customers, addressing any worries they might have, and ensuring their total satisfaction will be your main goals. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems ? Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations ?
