Responsibilities
? Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries.
? Assist clients in navigating our website and finding relevant real estate information and resources.
? Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions within the live chat system.
? Coordinate with real estate agents and other departments to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive support.
? Stay updated on company listings, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
? Provide feedback on common client inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
? Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics set by management.
? High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
? Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
? Proficient in using live chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
