? This position is permanently remote although we are seeking candidates based in the NYC metro area due to the need for regular in-person meetings with prospective clients. We also anticipate occasional internal alignment meetings and trainings in-person. Applicants must be located in or willing to travel frequently to the NYC metro area.
? We are hiring in all states for this role EXCEPT North Carolina, Washington and Pennsylvania.

About the Role

The Learning Solutions Attorney role is designed for an attorney who excels at both CLE content creation and strategic business development. In this role, the majority of your time will be dedicated to driving revenue growth by identifying and closing deals with law firms, organizations, and government agencies. This will also involve creating high-quality CLE programs that address the learning needs of both prospective and existing enterprise clients.

You will work closely with the Vice President, Learning Solutions to execute a targeted business development strategy, leveraging Lawline?s suite of Learning Solutions product offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture leads, build relationships, and close deals that expand Lawline?s enterprise footprint. This position is perfect for an attorney with a strong business development mindset who is passionate about sales and cultivating client relationships, while also contributing to Lawline?s educational mission.

Responsibilities

Business Development (80%):
? Develop and execute a sales strategy in coordination with the Vice President, Learning Solutions to grow enterprise relationships with law firms, organizations, and government agencies.
? Identify, nurture, and manage leads within the legal community, guiding them through the sales funnel from outreach to closing deals.
? Collaborate with firm professional development staff to offer tailored CLE solutions that meet their training needs.
? Attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent Lawline, furthering business development efforts and identifying new sales opportunities.
? Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the sales process and ensure the successful closing of deals.

Content Creation:
? Address the learning needs of prospective and existing clients, as needed, by developing CLE programs that deepen your relationships with Lawline clientele and drive enterprise sales.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
? Partner with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of enterprise clients.
? Respond to client feedback and requests to tailor learning solutions and maximize client retention.

Qualifications
? Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
? Minimum of 2 years legal practice experience
? Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with law firms, legal thought leaders, or organizational clients
? Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to articulate value and negotiate deals
? Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, from content creation to deal closure
? Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and pivot in a dynamic environment
? Ability to travel nationwide for conferences, networking events, and client meetings as needed
? Experience creating CLE programs or training content is preferred
? Experience in business development, sales, or client relations is preferred
