What you'll do:

As a representative of the store, it is crucial to have a deep understanding of product offerings, nutritional values, in-store promotions, and local community events related to animal care and wellness to deliver exceptional guest service.

The Guest Advisor has the potential to serve as a limited basis key holder and LOD.

Essential Job Functions:

Work Environment:

Although the tasks in this job are mainly carried out indoors, fetching products or serving customers may necessitate a brief departure from the store. The physical nature of the work involves bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 pounds if required), and standing for extended periods. However, the incumbent will spend most of their time engaging with clients.
