About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to be part of our Global Delivery Strategy and Program Management Team. This role serves as a Global Delivery Strategic Consultant, Business Project Manager and will partner with Global Solutions Program Offices (GSPO), Data Solutions and Insights, and Transition teams and other business partners across the enterprise both in the US, India and the Philippines to execute on complex Global Delivery initiatives. In this role, you will: Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to develop and execute on strategies, processes, and initiatives; make solution recommendations to senior leaders. Proactively and independently own deliverable development from idea through execution Bring a creative and holistic thought process to problem solving and solutioning applied to process development. Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan... and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans. Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group. Create and deliver recommendations, status updates and other presentations to leaders. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 5+ years proven Project Leadership experience leading large cross functional initiatives. Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Strong collaboration and partnering skills Experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of large-scale multi-faceted business solutions Change Management experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes. Proven experience with Executive Level Presentations successfully influencing and motivating senior management Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and influence business cases Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job Expectations: This position offers a Hybrid work schedule.
