In this role, you will: Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises by collaborating with other Market Data Technology team members to coordinate testing, ensure system resilience, and minimize potential disruptions to market data services Assist in tracking identified technology compliance issues and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Coordinate with various third-party vendors to support end users of market data applications, including troubleshooting technical issues, implementing enhancements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of market data systems and applications Provide technical support and training to end users on market data applications and tools, ensuring efficient utilization and maximizing the value of available resources Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices Complete internal training courses as required to enhance skills and knowledge in relevant areas of market data technology and industry best practices Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills Experience with Python Understanding of Market Data Experience in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Microsoft Excel) Job Expectations: Work in a hybrid work environment Provide occasional remote support on weekends and nights Posting End Date: 25 Jul 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
