Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field (1-3 years preferred). ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. ? Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment. ? Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
