Key Responsibilities
? Design Tailored Lessons: Create and deliver engaging virtual instruction to students with diverse needs.
? Collaborate on IEPs: Work closely with parents, school staff, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
? Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student performance and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies.
? Foster Growth: Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students in a virtual environment.
? Utilize Technology: Leverage cutting-edge tools to create an interactive and effective learning experience.

Qualifications
? Wisconsin Certification: A valid Wisconsin Special Education teaching license.
? Experience with K-12 Students: At least two years of experience working with students with special needs. Teletherapy experience is preferred but not required?we provide training!
? Technical Skills: Comfortable with or willing to learn virtual teaching platforms.
? Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, professional setup with reliable internet.
