For which tasks (responsibilities)? ? Key Responsibilities: ? Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with candidates for a range of IT and game development roles, including developers, artists, designers, and other related positions. ? Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. ? Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing methods to find and attract top talent. ? Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. ? Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and project timelines. ? Candidate Experience: Provide timely feedback, maintain regular communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process. ? Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations within the gaming sector. ? Employer Branding: Support initiatives that enhance our employer brand and showcase our culture to potential candidates.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

? Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in IT or game development roles.
? Knowledge of Game Development Roles: Familiarity with the gaming industry and knowledge of typical roles in game development (e.g., 2D/3D Artists, Game Developers, Designers, QA Testers, etc.).
? Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
? Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and convey our company culture effectively.
? Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
? Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with hiring teams and ability to take constructive feedback.
