Irontime Sales Customer Service Rep

Job Description: Position Goals: Maintain customer satisfaction while generating sales. Summary: This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies; assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, shipping, receiving, posting, cancellation, and other queries... Responsibilities: ? Researching and posting items for sale online and on social media company accounts ? Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. ? Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online on various sales sites. ? Organize and maintain the warehouse and inventory ? Opens customer accounts by recording account information. ? Maintains customer records by updating account information. ? Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer?s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. ? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ? Performs other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirements: ? Skilled written and oral communication ? Detail oriented and goal driven ? Customer service focus ? Proficient MS Office applications and online site administration ? Typing speed of 45 WPM ? Organizational skills ? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion ? Valid driver?s license

Working Conditions: Customer Service Representative is in an office and shop environment. Weekend work is expected.
Pay:
? $27,000-$43,000/Annually
