What You?ll Do:

As a fully remote Intervention Specialist, you?ll:
? Provide virtual support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them thrive academically and socially.
? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student?s goals.
? Use engaging online tools and resources to create an interactive and effective learning experience.
? Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet each student?s evolving needs with a case load of 20-25

What You Need:
? A valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license.
? A degree in Special Education or a related field.
? 2 years previous experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience is a bonus, but we?ll train you if you?re new to it!).
? A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
? A passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed.
