Job Duties Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity... Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote Microsoft's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels. Devise strategies to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. Implement digital marketing programs and analyze their effectiveness. Establish and manage relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with digital goals. Track usage trends of websites, including number and quality of visitors, and advertising campaign impact. Develop and maintain website graphic designs and layout to support company image, identity, and brand through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces, and multimedia delivered for the web. Ensure website provides up-to-date and comprehensive information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S. Minimum Requirements ? EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Communications, or a related field. ? EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Five (5) years of integrated marketing and/or marketing strategy implementation experience. ? SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: This position also requires: ? At least 4 years of experience in: Evangelizing and Presenting Product/Service Area to Customers, Partners, or Field; ? At least 3 years of experience in: Product Marketing with Cloud-Based Products and Solutions; Marketing Strategy Development and Execution for Major Product and/or Cloud-based Solution Releases; Data and Quantitative Approach to Message Creation and Framework Positioning; and Development of Content Management Strategy for Channels, Content Type, DPIs, and Processes; and ? At least 2 years of experience in: Collaborating and Influencing a Varied Group of Stakeholders to Ensure Product Reflects Customer Needs and Amplifies Product Area; Market Research; and Business Operations Management. Pay Range and Benefits Information The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSKBG14445a), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $179,370 to $209,370. Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
