Responsibilities

Guide clients through insurance products and services, helping them choose policies that best fit their needs.
Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and contribute to agency success.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience, with a focus on property and casualty.
Active property and casualty license.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport.
Proficiency in sales tools and software for lead management and reporting.
Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
