Job Description:
As the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong skills with out-bounding and follow ups
- Tasked with handling inbound calls from prospective and existing clients concerning inquiries about sales products, successfully converting 90% of interest calls into scheduled leads.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments in ServiceTitan.
- Inform homeowners about available products and services and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Reach out to customers after proposals have been delivered to address any remaining questions and arrange further sales visits or convert the proposal into finalized work.
- Make follow-up calls to clients who recently received service or maintenance to generate additional sales leads.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus.
- Must have a computer with reliable internet speeds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is highly suggested.
- Must have a quiet workspace with no distractions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
