The Opportunity:

Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for fitness? Do you excel at turning potential leads into loyal customers? As an Inside Chat Sales Representative at iFIT, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales of our industry-leading NordicTrack and ProForm fitness equipment. This isn't just a job-it's a chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of two of the most recognized brands in fitness.

What You'll Do:

Schedule: 2pm-10pm Mountain time, or equivalent (i.e. 4pm-12am Eastern, 3pm-11pm Central, or 1pm-9pm Pacific). Availability to work every Sunday is required, while the other 4 days per week can be flexible.

Drive Sales: Leverage your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and referrals, and convert them into satisfied clients.

Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers. Understand their fitness needs, provide tailored recommendations on NordicTrack and ProForm products, and ensure a seamless sales experience.

Master the Sales Process: Guide prospects from initial contact to successful closure. Demonstrate product features, handle objections, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our fitness equipment.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in fitness and wellness, as well as competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to provide insightful recommendations and maintain our competitive edge.

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals. Monitor your performance metrics, track sales activities, and adapt strategies to maximize results.

Enhance Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. Address any issues or follow-up needs promptly, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

Collaborate Contribute: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams. Share insights, participate in strategy sessions, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Desired Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience

What We're Looking For:

Sales Experience: Proven success in inside sales or a similar role, ideally within the fitness or consumer goods sectors. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.

People Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers.

Results-Driven: Strong problem-solving skills and a relentless drive to achieve and surpass goals.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience with data-driven sales strategies is a plus.

Fitness Enthusiast: A genuine passion for fitness and wellness. Your enthusiasm for NordicTrack and ProForm products will be a key asset
