Experience of the right candidate:
? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
? Proven experience in technology procurement, vendor management, and large project/program management, preferably in a leadership role.
? Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
? Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
? Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
? In-depth knowledge of technology trends, market dynamics, and procurement best practices.
? Skilled at working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
? Proficiency in procurement software/tools and MS Office Suite.
? Familiarity with vendor management software or tools is an advantage.
? Certification in procurement or vendor management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CPM) is a plus.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:
? Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for technology-related goods and services in alignment with the organization's objectives and budgetary requirements.
? Identify, evaluate, and select technology vendors and suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and other relevant criteria.
? Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery terms while mitigating risks.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and other departments, to understand technology needs and requirements.
? Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service levels.
? Analyze market trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices to recommend improvements in procurement processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
? Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all procurement activities.
? Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor partnerships, including security, compliance, and operational risks.
? Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain or vendor services.
? Develop and maintain procurement budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
? Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in vendor management processes.
? Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key procurement metrics and insights to stakeholders.
