Inbound Outbound Queue Associate

Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers and inquire about their needs and concerns Provide accurate information to customers about products and services Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement Ensure all customer interactions are compliant with regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor and update customer queues Remain up-to-date on product and service offerings
