Job Description


As an In-Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during their flight. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care and addressing any passenger needs or concerns throughout the journey.


Responsibilities


– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.


– Greet passengers and assist them in finding their seats.

– Handle in-flight passenger inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements


– Must be at least 21 years old.


– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.


– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.


– Strong customer service orientation.


– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.


– Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualifications
