**Responsibilities:**

1. Handle incoming calls and emails with a focus on resolving customer issues swiftly and effectively.

2. Provide detailed information and support on Apple products and services.

3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple? products, services, and customer service policies.

4. Record and manage customer information accurately in the database.

5. Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.

6. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

7. Meet personal and team targets for customer satisfaction and call handling quotas.

**Requirements:**

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. High school diploma; further education or certification is a plus.

3. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

5. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

7. Comfortable using computers and capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues.
