Responsibilities
? Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
? Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
? Manage customer accounts and assist with application data entry.
? Respond to online chat inquiries as needed.
? Follow established procedures and policies to resolve issues.
? Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
? Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility.
? Balance multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
? Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing with a focus on passing required exams.
? Adhere to communication guidelines across all channels.
Requirements
? Must be 18 years of age or older.
? Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s.
? Dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
? Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period.
? Full attendance commitment during the 3-week training period.
? Ability to pass a background check and health screening.
? Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required (mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible).
? Ethernet connection must be a wired connection, not Wi-Fi.
Compensation
? Base Pay: $14.50 per hour.
? Enhanced Rate: Up to $16.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.
? Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour.
? Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: Up to $17.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
? Previous experience in customer or technical support roles.
? Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act.
? Experience in a call center.
? Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
? Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
