Responsibilities
? Evaluate the health and setup of our Google Analytics tags
? Develop strategies to optimize the use of Google Analytics for the company
? Conduct regular checks and maintenance of our analytics system
? Resolve any issues or discrepancies found in the analytics data
? Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on analytics data
? Monitor and analyze customer behavior patterns using Google Analytics
? Present findings and reports to the team on a regular basis
? Ensure the accuracy and consistency of analytics data
? Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Google Analytics
? Provide training and support to team members on using Google Analytics effectively.

Requirements
? Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is a must.
? A minimum of two years' experience in a digital marketing role is required.
? Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
? Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
? Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
? Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
? Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
? Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
? Bachelor?s degree in marketing or a related field.
? Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
? Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
? Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
? Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
? Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
? Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proactive, self-starter with an eye for detail.
? Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? Strong problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
? Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
? Ability to create effective marketing content is a plus.
