Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Global Strategic Healthcare Consultant. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our diagnostics Healthcare Consulting Solutions (HCS) team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the approach for our most complex and influential projects. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, payers, and organizations to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiencies, improve patient care, and ensure financial sustainability of their clinical laboratories service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong analytical skills, and a record of accomplishment of successful project management. In this position, you will work in cross-functional teams, partnering with healthcare leaders across the world to develop strategic plans that align with internal and external business goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans for healthcare leaders, focusing on growth, efficiency, and patient outcomes. You will articulate and quantify the value of a given strategic approach to senior healthcare leaders and conduct thorough analyses of healthcare operations and processes using methodologies such as lean and systems thinking to identify opportunities for improvement. As a Global Strategic Healthcare Consultant, you will lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Staying updated on healthcare trends, policies, and technologies will be crucial to inform your strategic recommendations. You will drive customer performance improvement by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and quality enhancement, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for customers, summarizing findings and recommendations. Compliance and risk management will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all strategies comply with internal compliance standards and external healthcare regulations while mitigating identified risks. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert in clinical laboratory service strategy design and provide education on trends shaping the future of clinical laboratory diagnostics and healthcare.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Public Health, or related field; MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree.

? Laboratory Diagnostics experience is required.
