This is not a role where you're sitting behind the scenes crunching numbers (although there is some of that, so you should love data and be comfortable with excel).

What you'll do:
? Assist Compensation partners/analysts in the analysis and administration of global compensation programs, including survey data submissions, salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards.
? Work with Compensation Partners/analysts in conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
? Support the annual compensation review process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
? Collaborate with People BPs and business leaders to address compensation-related inquiries and provide data-driven insights in partnership with business segment comp partner/analyst.
? Maintain and update compensation databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
? Assist in the preparation of compensation reports and presentations for senior management.
? Own the coordination and management of domestic and international relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
? Assist compensation partners and analysts with various projects and tasks to support the overall compensation strategy.
? Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and Total Rewards as needed.

What it takes to succeed:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
? Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
? Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis tools.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global setting.
? Prior internship or experience in compensation, HR, or a related field is a plus.
? Experience 1-2 years preferred
? US / UK / Ireland experience a plus

? Compensation range for this position is $66,500.00- $112,000.00 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
