Key Responsibilities
? Accurately enter and update data in the company's database.
? Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
? Verify the accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing with source documents.
? Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by management.
? Assist in organizing and managing paperwork and electronic files for easy retrieval.
? Support other administrative functions as necessary to enhance office productivity.
? Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with data to appropriate personnel.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
? High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data management is a plus.
? Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
? Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and data management software.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
? Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
