Full-Time Youth and Adult Therapist - New York

What You'll Do
? Ability and willingness to work with both adolescent (13-17) and adult (18+) clients remotely via HIPAA compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
? Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders
? Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week
? Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner
? Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
? Test and support Direct to Employer products including our new digital EAP
? Understand therapist experience on the platform and formulate best practices to implement to improve therapist experience
? Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
? Obtain additional professional licensure in state(s) assigned by company
? Additional duties as assigned

About you
? Experience and comfortability treating both adolescents and adults required for this role
? Minimum education of (in addition to licensure) Master?s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
? Current New York licensure:
? Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
? Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R)
? Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
? Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
? Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
? Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
? Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain)
? Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
? Reliable internet connection
? Fluent in Spanish preferred (speaking/writing)

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary for this role is between $50,000 to $95,000. The salaries for our National Practice Provider roles are based on a combination of the provider?s state(s) of licensure and relevant experience. If you have feedback on these ranges please let us know by providing your input here.
