Job Description:

Amazon Delivery Services is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team as Full-Time Amazon Delivery Drivers in Georgia. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, delivering packages to customers’ doors with a smile. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition.

Our delivery drivers are responsible for driving a company-provided van, loading it with packages, and following a designated delivery route. You will be expected to manage your time efficiently, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and handle packages with care. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working independently, being outdoors, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

– Must be at least 21 years of age.

– Valid driver’s license in the state of Georgia.

– Clean driving record (no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years).

– Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.

– Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

– Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

– Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

– Safely operate a delivery van to transport and deliver Amazon packages.

– Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.

– Follow a designated delivery route and adhere to time schedules.

– Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.

– Ensure the security and proper handling of packages.

– Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with dispatch.

– Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery van.

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

– Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not required.

– Experience in customer service is a plus.
