Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This 100% remote position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in sales and recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and managing client relationships, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets client needs and drives business growth. It is a B2B Sales Hunter Role with middle of the pack recruiters here making $100k/yr and top performers are making $300k+. It is a very entrepreneurial environment where you have the opportunity to build your own book of business with a base, full benefits, uncapped commission, etc. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles ? Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture ? Utilize B2B sales strategies to identify and attract potential clients ? Perform cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities ? Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and understand specific talent needs ? Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process ? Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position candidates Qualifications: ? Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or business development ? Strong skills in B2B sales, recruiting, and outside sales ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to conduct cold calls and prospect effectively ? Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software ?
