- Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
- Maintain high levels of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively address guest concerns or issues
- Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures
- Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Strong communication skills with guests and management
- Ability to respond quickly to incoming calls and visitor needs
- Punctuality and reliability in scheduled shifts
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Proficiency in hotel brand programs and travel offers
