Role Description

The Freelance Recruiter role is a remote and 100% commission based position. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for open accounting positions submitting them to our AI-powered platform. They will be expected to maintain communication with their candidates throughout the hiring process, from direct headhunting to conducting reference checks.

Responsibilities
? Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging job boards, referrals, search engines, and other creative headhunting techniques
? Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and close offers
? Conduct screening calls with candidates, schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.

Qualifications
? Experience in recruiting/ headhunting for Accounting or related industries
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and remotely
