You have the crucial task of overseeing the restaurant's daily functioning in a way that satisfies the customers, team members, and drives profits as the Restaurant Food and Beverage Manager.
Responsibilities
As an assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out several tasks and assuming various roles and responsibilities: ? Exerting influence over restaurant staff and processes ? Performance management, scheduling, policy implementation, staff recruitment, disciplinary measures, coaching and training of employees, and performance appraisals are all part of the roles and obligations of Human Resources. ? Our job involves maintaining the financial aspects of the business, which includes but is not limited to controlling inventory levels, forecasting production, generating financial statements, and overseeing costs associated with sales and labor. ? Attain financial target. ? Implementing new marketing promotions at a local level and executing marketing campaigns. ? The task of depositing cash at the bank each morning is your obligation. ? Accountable for handling cash shortfall problems. ? Adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Act is essential for maintaining a safe workplace ? Being aware of rival's promotional tactics, industry developments and growth plans helps you make informed decisions for your own business. ? The restaurant team is committed to providing the best customer service possible. ? Resolving Customer Complaints: A Prime Focus for Successful Businesses. ? Guaranteeing the quality and compliance with Pizza Hut standards. ? To run a successful business, it is imperative to have a well-organized procurement process and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers. ? Provide Timely and Accurate Reports.
Requirements:
Candidates vying for the position of Restaurant Manager must have a minimum of three years' experience working directly in a restaurant or in a food industry-related position. Additionally, previous management experience is required. Applicants should also possess top-notch interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to coach and guide others with ease and efficiency.
The open position requires someone with a sharp analytical mind and competent in basic mathematics and accounting principles, having a positive attitude toward customer service. Moreover, the individual should be versatile in working various shifts, weekends included, and be accountable to the District Manager.
