Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional customer service to passengers during flights.
? Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
? Ensure passenger safety by conducting safety demonstrations and checking emergency equipment.
? Serve food and beverages to passengers while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
? Manage in-flight sales and assist with any inquiries passengers may have.
? Communicate effectively with the flight crew and passengers.
? Handle any emergencies or difficult situations with professionalism and poise.
? Must be at least 18 years old.
? Fluent in at least one native language; proficiency in English is preferred.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
? Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods away from home.
