You could also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning your delivery truck to keep it in good condition, which would require some knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair

To offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Flexible Schedule Driver carries out the task of selling and distributing products on proper routes while fostering strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Route Sales Driver ensures that accounts have product availability by accurately filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

? Maximize revenue generation for the allocated accounts by implementing product sales, setting up distribution channels, creating displays and initiating marketing campaigns.
? Daily product sales and deliveries are made to specific accounts according to established procedures.
? All accounts must be merchandised and stocked according to the standards of CCBCHC.
? Ensure that the Point of Sale advertising is changed, replaced, and cared for as needed by the accounts.
? Ensure that product, cash, and asset management is handled correctly and accounted for each day.
? Timely and accurate invoicing for the purpose of collecting all due payments.
? Cultivate relationships with account representatives and deliver excellent customer service to every account by maintaining consistent communication, resolving problems swiftly, and following up as necessary.
? Maintain a professional and tidy look of CCBCHC products and equipment in designated accounts.
? Keep the storage area tidy and properly managed while dealing with trade breakage for assigned customers.
? Verify that the vehicle and its cargo meet the CCBCHC safety requirements by conducting thorough checks.
? Strive for consistency in maintaining CCBCHC's quality assurance policies in every account.
? Safeguarding the workplace is a key component of a company's duty of care.
? Develop and preserve respectful and supportive relationships with team members and customers.
? Pay close attention to the promotional activities, sales figures, and merchandise of your opponents.
? Adherence, compliance, and enforcement must be given to all guidelines, rules, protocols, and systems.

? Mastery in utilizing a hand truck incorporated with either two or four wheels.
? Knack in handling and operating multiple types of heavy machinery trucks.
? Applicants must confirm their capability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of initiating the employment.
? The position demands an individual who has the skill set to maneuver and operate a tractor and trailer that requires a Class A CDL, and who also complies with all related CDL requirements and driving record criteria of the CCBCHC.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
? It is recommended that applicants possess a high school diploma or GED.
? It is desirable for candidates to have general work experience ranging from 1-3 years.
? Candidates with more than 12 months of experience in commercial driving are preferred.
? Having previous experience in grocery store or consumer products can be an added advantage
? Preference is given to those with background in customer service.

Training Requirements: ? New Hire Orientation ? The Company executes interactive safety training and other mandatory safety courses. ? Annual drug and alcohol-free workplace training is mandatory for businesses to ensure a healthy and productive work environment ? Exhibiting one's competency in driving a truck may be required.

Physical Demands:
? The scope of work entails the application of physical prowess such as walking, communicating verbally, perceiving audibly, and utilizing hand dexterity to interact with and operate objects.
? This job calls for a good near-vision and the ability to concentrate intently while operating a computer terminal.
? This position mandates the ability to lift, push and pull weight in excess of 50 pounds, as well as constantly standing, walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.
