About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UPS Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven professional to contribute to our rapidly growing organization. As a UPS Field Service Engineer, you will work at the forefront of power technology, utilizing your skills and experience in UPS, power distribution units, and power systems maintenance. You will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: ? Provide on-site technical support for uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. ? Conduct regular preventive maintenance on UPS systems and power distribution units to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. ? Respond promptly to service calls and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. ? Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process. ? Provide feedback to the product development team on potential product improvements or new product opportunities based on customer feedback or market trends. ? Train customers and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of our products. ? Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.

Qualifications: ? Technical degree in electronics related field or Military electronics technical training. ? 5+ years? experience in this field and ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment such as UPS, batteries, PDU?s / Power Distribution Units, Static Automatic Transfer Switches, Branch Circuit Monitoring, and other electrical equipment. ? Extensive knowledge and experience in UPS systems, power distribution units, and power systems maintenance. ? Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. ? Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. ? Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently. ? Willingness to travel 60% with extended overnight stays as required to meet customer needs and business objectives. ? A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
