Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Responsibilities: ? Carry out cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including those listed on Airbnb and VRBO. ? Handle laundry duties for bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and other items, ensuring they are properly dried... ? Make beds in all bedrooms and change linens as necessary. ? Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas. ? Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets when needed. ? Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills. ? Empty trash cans and replace liners. ? Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. ? Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety procedures. ? Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and accommodating special requests.

Skills:
? Preferred experience in cleaning Airbnb or hotel environments.
? Strong customer service skills for effective communication and addressing client needs.
? Familiarity with housekeeping management practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and replenishing disposables.
? Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
? Knowledge of laundering techniques for linens and towels.
