**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in sales, specifically in event sales or planning.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with stringent deadlines.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Generate and follow up on leads to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Provide high-level, tailored customer service and consultation for Disney event clients.

3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure event specifications are met.

4. Conduct site inspections with potential clients.

5. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining Disney? standards and profitability.

6. Manage client relationships before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

7. Prepare detailed proposals and event presentations.
