The role involves assisting with reviewing estimates for residential property preservation and renovations. Responsibilities: ? Work with local real estate agents for each property ? Analyze property valuations like Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisals ? Request and review property inspection reports, and manage repairs ? If needed, contact local authorities to address code violations ? Coordinate with other departments for invoice and payment processing ?
