What Does An Entry Level Enrollment Representative Do?
? Engage directly with customers and clients on a daily basis to effectively showcase Verizon?s product features and benefits
? Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales contracts, and installation appointments
? Answer customer inquiries in a comprehensive and professional manner, and confidently overturn any objections that may arise during the sales process
? Negotiate sales contracts to ensure customers are receiving services that meet their needs, and sales revenue is being maximized
? Attend training onsite and virtual Entry Level Enrollment Representative training sessions to sharpen customer service and sales skills
? Monitor customer contact rates and sales data, reporting any feedback on areas of improvement to Senior Management

What Does An Entry Level Enrollment Representative Need to Succeed?
? High school diploma or GED
? 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
? Customer-centric mindset with a drive for meeting/exceeding sales goals
? Desire to develop new skills both professionally and personally
? Ability to commute to our onsite Melville location
? Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
