Perform quality checks on data entries to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies, maintaining a high level of data integrity. Handle data cleansing and verification tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information. Collaborate with team members and managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data trends to support decision-making processes. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant coursework in data management is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient computer skills, including a solid understanding of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools. Excellent typing speed and accuracy to input data efficiently. Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and familiarity with data visualization tools is desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
