EEO Manager and Quality Reviewer, Federal
Part Time or Remote Independent Contractor (5-20 hours per week)
Are you a EEOC certified (32-hours initial and 8-hours annual refresher) and seasoned EEO Investigator adept with conducting impartial investigations into Formal Complaints of Discrimination? Do you have a thorough understanding of the EEO complaint process, procedures, and deadlines, ensuring precise and timely service in strict accordance with CFR and MD 110 Guidelines provided by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission? Do you have expertise leading or supporting a team of EEO Investigators, EEO Counselors, Reasonable Accommodation Specialists, Fact-Finding Investigators, or Final Agency Decision writers? Do you have federal government experience in EEO? Can you bring comprehensive onboarding and mentoring, remarkable time management, quality assurance, white glove customer service and experiences, to team members and clients? POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the EEO Program Manager shall support and assist in leading our EEO team and provide remarkable customer experiences for our federal government, private corporations, nonprofit clients, and team. You will interact with HR Anew senior management, corporate staff, client managers, and others involved with our EEO and workplace investigations group. This position will be an extension of the President and Chief Executive Officer, part of a program management team, and shall mentor or lead individuals or teams and enhance performance and productivity outputs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ensure client deliverables are performed precisely according to performance work statements and scopes of work.
? Perform quality review of EEO and workplace investigative plans, document requests, reports of investigation, fact-finding reports, position statements, case files, and related matters.
? Recommend and help implement corrective action plans to solve client and organizational problems and promote retention of clients, their people, and the team at HR Anew.
? Orient, onboard, mentor, coach, or oversee HR Anew EEO employees and independent contractors to ensure they meet or exceed company and client performance and productivity standards.
? Help to build, implement, maintain, measure, and enhance structures, systems, SOPs, policies, processes, and practices that can be replicated and scalable.
? Assign EEO and HR/workplace investigation staff to case assignments.
? Attend and facilitate meetings and prepare weekly and monthly client or company reports as requested.
? Support the recruiting, orientation, and onboarding of EEO team members.
? Manage private, sensitive, and confidential matters involving all internal and external customers.

Qualifications
? Expert level knowledge of Title VII and Federal EEO principles, laws, regulations, policies, relevant decisions, and applicable Executive Orders and administrative procedures, including those governing matters involving claims of sexual orientation discrimination, and GINA.
? Sound working knowledge of 29 C.F.R. Part 1614 and EEOC MD-110 complaint procedures.
? Certified EEO Investigator having completed requirement of 32 hours of EEO Investigator Training and/or 8 hours of Refresher training.
? Six years of Federal EEO work experience in investigations, quality reviews, and leadership.
? Can successfully complete a federal security background investigation.
? Bachelor?s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business, Legal, Political Science, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field is highly desired. An advanced degree such as an MBA or JD is a plus. Education may be substituted for equivalent and highly applicable work experience.
? A paralegal or person with employment law experience, and/or HR professional with an employee relations background that is certified as an EEO Investigator and has the appropriate experience described herein may be considered.
Technology and Equipment
? Advanced expert experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other related systems used to perform work assignments.
? Ability to operate office equipment; fax, copier, scanner, printer, and computer.
? Must have private and secure home or commercial office workspace.
