Requirements

? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

? Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

? Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
