The Role:

The Director of Product Management will lead the product strategy and execution for our core offerings in the hospitality finance space. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep product management experience, particularly in SaaS and fintech, with a keen understanding of the hospitality industry. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving product vision, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our product roadmap aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.

Essential Duties
? Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that supports the overall company mission and business goals.
? Stay abreast of industry trends in both hospitality and finance, identifying opportunities to innovate
? Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
? Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key product lines, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration, with a strong focus on customer impact and business outcomes.
? Oversee product development timelines, milestones, and KPIs to ensure alignment with product goals and timelines.
? Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gain deep insights into their needs, challenges, and opportunities within the hospitality finance landscape.
? Conduct market and competitive analysis to continuously refine our positioning and value proposition.
? Integrate feedback from customers, sales, and support teams into the product roadmap to ensure we are solving real problems for our users.
? Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
? Advocate for the product team across the organization, ensuring alignment and visibility for strategic initiatives.
? Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and career development opportunities to drive team success.

Requirements

Essential Duties
? 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a product team.
? Demonstrated success in developing and managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within the fintech or hospitality technology sectors.
? Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, capable of guiding both the big picture and the details.
? Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key financial challenges and operational complexities.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
