Day to Day

As a Director of Indeed Hire Enterprise Client Experience, you will deliver exceptional experiences for Indeed Hire clients. You'll build a high-performing, client-centric team, drive strategic initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and act on client feedback to develop partnerships. You'll face ambiguous client challenges requiring quantitative and qualitative investigation and understand complex client scenarios to develop solutions. You'll ensure clients receive helpful, succinct, and transparent communication and will communicate effectively across internal teams serving our clients.

Responsibilities
? Ensure your team delivers timely results on strategic initiatives, consistently exceeding client expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
? Build a team passionate about creating delightful experiences for both job seekers and clients.
? Understand client needs in the enterprise space and ensure team accountability to these requirements.
? Establish effective feedback mechanisms to identify client and team pain points, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance outcomes through continuous improvement.
? Define, monitor, and share key metrics on client satisfaction and team performance to drive continuous improvement across Hire teams.
? Build excellent cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Indeed Hire, understanding their missions and aligning efforts to drive collective success.
? Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, mentoring team members to build their skills and confidence.

Skills/Competencies
? Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise client relationship management, internal enterprise talent attraction leadership, or principal staffing industry leader.
? Minimum 5 years leading multi-faceted teams in a matrixed environment.
? Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain cultural tenants supporting organizational and client outcomes.
? Demonstrated ability to provide communication in support of inform and influence models inclusive of internal and external executive-level audiences.
? Established track record of managing teams of managers while maintaining manager and team accountabilities to high-performance levels.
? Proven ability to build and manage highly effective enterprise client accounts, propelling long-term growth, retention, and client delight.
? Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity while translating function vision and data into cascaded actionable goals.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 170,000 - 250,000 USD per year

Austin, Metro Area 170,000 - 250,000 USD per year

New York City, Metro Area 183,000 - 265,000 USD per year

San Francisco, Metro Area 210,000 - 290,000 USD per year

Seattle, Metro Remote Area 181,500 - 250,500 USD per year

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
