We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager of Demand Generation & Campaign Management. This is an individual contributor role. The candidate... will be responsible for strategic planning and executing demand generation campaigns for enterprise and mid-market audiences. This candidate will be a critical add to the marketing team, with the goal of attracting and tracking new leads and generating awareness and interest for our offerings. You will enjoy autonomy and white space to create and design demand gen campaigns with your seasoned expertise. You will have the opportunity to build an omni-channel strategy that touches email marketing, paid search and social, organic tactics, content syndication, display advertising, and direct mail to name a few. We are looking for the right person to drive Walmart GoLocal through the next phase of growth. You will make an impact by: Strategically planning and executing demand generation campaigns for enterprise and mid-market audiences. Developing campaigns to drive sales pipeline growth through a variety of channels, including email, organic website traffic, paid search, paid social, content syndication, display advertising, direct mail, etc. Having ownership of LinkedIn campaign manager and serving as admin for ZoomInfo Marketing OS. Incorporating a holistic view of digital programs including SEM, organic social, syndication, nurture, display, retargeting and creation of inbound web experiences. Collaborating cross-functionally with the creative team, performance marketing managers, lifecycle marketing manager, customer success, sales team, and data analysts to execute and optimize campaigns. Continually analyzing campaign results and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns to other business stakeholders on a monthly cadence. Optimizing campaign performance across a suite of KPI?s (such as website visits, engagement, net new leads, MQLs, pipeline, etc.), and providing insights and recommendations to the broader team. Preferred qualifications and experiences 5+ years of relevant experience Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign manager, Meta campaign manager, ZoomInfo, and Google & Microsoft search platform (not all required) Ownership mindset around end-to-end campaign management Strong written communication and presentation skills Track record of developing and managing omni-channel growth strategies (in a B2B setting preferred) Digital marketing and Traditional/Offline media experience Strong project management and organization skills Track record of delivering business results in a fast-paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment with entrepreneurial drive Experience in retail, supply chain or last-mile delivery an added plus Willing to travel occasionally for events and team meetings, as needed #WalmartGoLocalJob #WGLJob At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
