**Requirements:**

– High School Diploma or GED equivalent

**Responsibilities:**

– Provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies

– Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes

– Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience

– Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines products, services, and policies

– Record and document customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
