Job Description

Responsibilities

? Lead and supervise cabin crew members to ensure smooth and efficient in-flight service.

? Conduct pre-flight briefings and ensure team members are well-prepared for each flight.

? Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

? Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns promptly.

? Manage and resolve in-flight issues and emergencies, maintaining calm and professionalism.

? Oversee the proper loading and stowage of cabin baggage.

? Conduct safety demonstrations and brief passengers on emergency procedures.

? Monitor cabin environment, including lighting, temperature, and cleanliness.

? Assist with the boarding and disembarkation process.

? Collaborate with the flight deck crew to ensure a coordinated and efficient operation.

Requirements

? Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cabin crew member, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

? Valid passport and eligibility to work in the United States.

? Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

? Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education & Experience

? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.

? Certification in safety and emergency procedures is highly desirable.

Work Environment

? The role involves working in a pressurized cabin environment.

? Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

? Must adhere to strict grooming and uniform standards.
