Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Strong typing skills and attention to detail


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Prior experience in data entry or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into our systems


• Verify and correct data discrepancies


• Maintain data confidentiality and security


• Organize and store data files for easy access and retrieval


• Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy


• Generate reports as required


• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
