What You?ll Do:

?Manage client engagements that deliver data and AI-driven software solutions, serving as both the client relationship manager and internal project leader.

?Lead product management efforts for client projects, including discovery with clients and stakeholders, using a user-centered design approach to gather requirements and define project scope.

?Manage developers and data engineers on a project basis and formally, fostering career development and building a culture of learning and collaboration.

?Oversee the lifecycle of client projects, setting clear priorities, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

?Act as the Product Owner for clients, taking on Scrum Master roles where necessary, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams on Agile principles, and removing impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.

?Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure effective and intuitive UX, even in the absence of dedicated UX/UI roles on the team.

?Monitor and communicate team progress, including key metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts, to stakeholders.

?Foster a collaborative and self-managing team environment, encouraging accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

?Ensure that all projects align with the mission and values of our clients, delivering impactful solutions that drive positive change.

?Stay current with industry trends, Agile methodologies, and best practices to continually enhance the practice?s offerings and capabilities.

?Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and strategic planning.

What We?re Looking For:

?Bachelor?s degree and typically 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, project management, or a similar role in technology or data solutions.

?Proven experience managing client engagements and leading cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.

?Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience serving as a Scrum Master (certification is a plus).

?Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

?Experience in user-centered design and working closely with designers on UX.

?Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

?Experience working in the biotech industry or a solutions team within an enterprise organization is nice to have.

?Passion for technology and process improvement, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
